there are hundreds of them at the bottom of the yarra river in melbourne, theyre a fucking scourge, as are the little shits that if it wasnt for lime scooters theyd be throwing other peoples shit in the river instead.

Imagine a White society and what we could achieve without the dark scourge.

In this simple example, we wouldn't have the stupid scooters in the drink. They'd be put away or put in a collection point. Likely they would be hooked to power by the user when they parked it in it's proper receptacle.

The company would make some money, wouldn't have to waste much on lost/stolen property, and prices would be lower due to that. People would get cheap, anywhere-available transport, and their portion of it is to simply park it in an acceptable manner and maybe plug it in.

I hate using apps when there's a website. And fuck any corporation asking and pandering for money. I don't donate to any cause because they're all scammers, even non-profits.

You are absolutely right. There is generally no reason for app versions of websites (I'm sure there might be some rare, complicated exceptions). If screen real estate is an issue, make a mobile section of your website. The overloaded functionality website I work on, we have it mostly working without even a separate section for mobile, and my company is tiny.

I'm sure you know this but for folks who aren't in software dev...

The main reason for apps that could otherwise easily be just mobile websites is to sidestep security and privacy restrictions enforced by browsers.

They prefer apps so they can track everything you do, where yo do it, and with whom.
