Imagine a White man selling the use of his mind and body to Walmart. Is he still even White at that point?

Walmart's interview process used to be the worst until Google came along. Back when I was single and was making my escape from Shithole, TX I tried to get on there and got ran through several recruiters asking the same boilerplate questions and filling out several applications. Talked to the "team" I would be on but never talked to any hiring manager. I want to say 5 "interviews" before they ghosted. I saw the M$ "how to hire H1B streetshitters" video years later and was literally step by step what happened to me.

Because the niggers won't work

Any time they hire a White, it's so he can:

1) Do ALL of the actual work that's supposed to be done by that whole department that absolutely needs to be done right in order for it to function at all (but not manage it, oh no, that's what we have fat ignorant loud sheboons for), and because the White guy is the ONLY one they can criticize out loud and right to his face if shit isn't done on time and to spec.

2) To go back and fix anything the shitskins fuck up (which is everything),

3) To then take the whole blame for any failures in that department (even though he doesn't run it).
