Menarche is not motherhood, stupid. It takes a number of years for the cycle to develop and there is a HUGE difference in the hips of a young teen versus a women in her 20s. You are a sick perv and incorrect about biology besides. Eggs are not 90% gone by age 30 and maternal (and fetal death) death are much higher with young pregnancies. Women can have safe pregnancies well into their 40s.

Elbows, knees, neck and back of the hands are the areas that you can generally tell a person's age (especially female) since there is nothing to do to make them appear young again.
I think make-up/ procedures hasten the aging for a lot of women.

Not heard of that but I am not a big proponent of using things that are outside of nature on/in the body.
For ladies (and men) pelvic floor muscles are best managed by kegels and other exercises.
This is important for men too if one wants to avoid prostate issues and night-time urination problems.
