Will dismiss it immediately. No standing. This has been done to death.

Except if it had no standing, they wouldn’t take it up. They unanimously agreed to do so. They’re going to rule against the companies.

Not one chance in hell. They took the case to reaffirm the no standing.

The Mexican government does not have access to the American courts to sue a private com0any.

But even if they did,

This Court has been enthusiastically pro gun. And there is no way in hell that you can sue a gun manufacturer for what international drug smugglers do with stolen and illegally smuggled guns.

It'd be like suing Ford because Ford advertises their trucks to be good at hauling materials and saying that cartels like Fords because they saw the commercials and thought that the trucks would be good at hauling drugs.

There isn't a single gun manufacturer that has ever advertised their guns as a good tool for drug smuggling.

This will be a way for the courts to give lip service to the constitution over a easily decided case.

Lack of standing is the most used SCOTUS determination.
