He was arrested for weed. The judge just threw that out. And yes,I do believe they found weed on him cause I can smell the skunk weed on niggers all the time.

That's not what the probable cause was. Jaywalking was the reason for making contact with the nigger, who stunk of marijuana and was probably geeking out about getting caught. That stench was the probable cause. Police are allowed to do a "stop and frisk" on anyone they interact with, at their discretion: this is a very limited "pat down" where they check you for concealed guns.

I'm not saying this is good or bad, just pointing out the reality of what happened here. To me, it sounds like these cops noticed this nigger acting strangely, and they knew he was up to something, so they waited until he did something that would give them a reason to approach him.
