Do Most Americans Have Stomach Issues Like IBS?

I'm visiting family from Europe and noticed most of the people I've interacted with have some sort of stomach ailment. I'm guessing it's the bad diet here.
And most of the food tastes weird and is giving me issues too. I rarely get stomach aches from food back home.

Everythings fried, partially hydrogenated oils, seed oils, everythings made out of corn, too much sugar, rice beer. Then the Dr just gives you pills.

America does not have the same health protection laws as Europe. Most of what's on America's shelves would not be permitted to be sold in Europe.

I’m convinced most dietary issues including gluten intolerance is because of allergies from glyphosate, which is used in roundup.

That shit's in everything. I worked with a guy who used it to clear grass for a garden. Sprayed that shit then tilled and planted. Kept trying to give me veggies out of his garden. NOPE!

Trisodium phosphate is not glyphosate. Glyphosate doesnt even have sodium in it. They are completely different compounds.

Glyphosate is found in trace amounts in some cereals because those cereals were sprayed directly before harvesting. But you are trying to argue that vegetables planted months after glyphosate was used are going to have glyphosate in them like cereals do. They don’t. Glyphosate is too volatile to hang around that long.

I dont think the article mentioned trisodium phosphate. It said glyphosate was in cereals that had been sprayed with it. It didn’t say glyphosate would hang around in the ground for years contaminating everything that grew there. Thats not what is happening.

Yeah, most food is trash in the US.

Rural places have a chance for decent food. Our small town has farmers markets and a few of the restaurants buy from the markets and prep/sell the dishes throughout the week. It makes for a nice farm to table ecosystem keeping things as local as we can.

Our food is heavy in chemicals and absurd oils like Canola (formerly referred to as "food grade industrial lubricants") many of those food additives are banned in other nations.

American food is loaded with chemical preservatives and processed in ways that make it borderline poisonous. Fortunately I figured that out and started growing much of my own and buying from less processed and more natural sources.

In the USA we call unprocessed milk Raw but call processed milk pasteurized. other places do not refrigerate half the crap that humans have been eating for ever. in the USA we have to because they process all that crap.

Yes, the stores are so crowded and we all hate being near each other or seeing each other or fuck me talking to each other and standing in line sucks so we are in a big rush and goto the drive thru and 7/11 and the choices are stupid limited if you do that.

and thats why I stopped eating that way.

Yup, and it's the crap allowed in food so obviously you want to avoid all processed foods and cook with single ingredient naturally produced things as much as possible.

And a few natural herbs can work wonders, like ginger and artichoke will help with IBS a lot.

IBS and Crohns are autoimmune diseases. Everyone doesn’t have them here, no. Wouldnt be surprised that the food tastes different from country to country. The water might be different too. It might have more or less minerals or different kinds of bacteria. What sort of foods are you eating? Are you eating home cooked meals or restaurant?

Most of what we consume is trash, and we're spoonfed the idea that eating healthy is expensive. When, it's really not. Just don't be a lard ass and cook at home more. Also, don't pay $20 for a vegan grass fed rice water or some retard shit.
