Sounds like some of the stuff they talk about in Ancient Apocalypse on Netflix. It’s a pretty good show, it does feed conspiracy theorists. One main element in all episodes is some being coming from the sea to help them to grow crops, etc. Of course some ‘critics’ say the show is about white supremacy- so that should sell it even more.
