But a bigger problem is that blacks are often heavily caucasian in their ancestry. Those White ancestors may be more likely to have owned slaves than the average White. So shouldn’t people with the highest black ancestry be paid the most reparations? Shouldn’t blacks with more than 50% White ancestry not receive any reparations? Dark blacks will love this idea and light blacks will hate it and they should fight over the subject for a good 50 years or so.
Technically in Africa blacks had slaves and sold those slaves to White people. So the actual enslavement was done by blacks to other blacks. And they eventually were freed in America, so they were sold into freedom in the long run

Considering that black Africans are notorious slavers, and the black slaves in America orginally came from Africa, and were sold into slavery by the black slavers in Africa, it seems beyond reasonable to expect that many blacks in America would have been totally ok with slavery, just so long as they were the slave owners.
