The art of the deal will have them pay for it and build it 2.0

No other state has overthrown the ZOG either, so might as well live in the best part of the US.

[ - ] Scyber 1 point 6 monthsOct 30, 2024 11:45:33 ago (+1/-0)

-Best part of the US.
-$3100 for a single room box.
Do you tip your jew landlord too?

Life is all about positioning yourself correctly to meet your needs and wants. Would you pay less if you had to live in a place where it freezes or regularly exceeds 80F?

Yeah but does it come with a shovel for all the subhuman shit on the sidewalks and streets?

Man, remember when you could rent a house on the beach for $75?

[ - ] dass 1 point 6 monthsOct 30, 2024 15:21:20 ago (+1/-0)

And no one wanted too, except for summer. So the prices were lowered for half the year.

Nope.

[ - ] dass 1 point 6 monthsOct 30, 2024 15:27:51 ago (+1/-0)

So $21 000 a month in rental - wonder what the initial set up cost was and ongoing monthly expenses (Water, electricity, Rubbish, cleaning).
so guy now wants to open up another 5 x larger - 150 pods.

'Get in the pod, be happy !!'

It really wasn't that long ago when you could rent a 3 bedroom house at that price.

My place after college was a 3br townhouse. All-in (rent + ALL utilities + internet + trash disposal) it was less than $800/month. In an area surrounded by Whites, no less.

Now I can't find anything similar in that area for under a grand just for rent alone, even in the nigger-infested parts of town.

Pay an entire 3br house' worth of cash for a 2br shitty apt each year.

You will own nothing and be happy.

The median listing price for a 3-bedroom home in [my town] in September 2024 was $1.5 million.

The [my town] housing market is competitive, and is considered one of the most expensive places to live in the United States. The high cost of living is due to a lack of housing, and the area's desirability.

For young people in the 'investing in myself' phase, the pod could make sense. The bay area itself is kind of a nightmare for living quality, but there's access to huge amounts of money for tech entrepreneurs. It's far more laid back and 'desirable' here.

This is why you don't live there. Much better jobs in better places, especially if you're White.

[ - ] Sector2 [op] 1 point 6 monthsOct 30, 2024 21:41:29 ago (+1/-0)

Whites should avoid wage slavery, if possible. You can make millions here if you're smart and motivated. Quality of life and conditions are pretty high, albeit on the expensive side.

Nigs are at 2%, up from 0% when I first moved here. Libs and all that are around 70 to 80%, but you don't have to talk to them much. "Yes, I'd like a bag", or "make that to go, please" works just fine for interactions.

When I lived in Japan, I would stay in capsule hotels.
They were pretty nice.
$40 / night.
Most of them had a spa and a place to relax and read manga.

This looks like a Nigger built it...
Oh, wait, a Nigger built this.

Ha ha,ha ha. Damn that's the best news of the day!!!
Keep these mentally ill fuckers in their shithole where they belong. In fact, why don't they put up a wall to keep those subhumans in their "posh pods"

[ - ] JoesLegHair 1 point 6 monthsOct 30, 2024 20:18:36 ago (+1/-0)

You don't even get a door on your pod.

I'm estimating around 200 square miles of the coastline below San Francisco is the best place to live in the US, as long as you don't get too close to LA. There's no other place in the US where you don't suffer from excessive heat, cold, or humidity, and possibly niggers.

Australia reportedly has a similar-but-worse climate on their west coast, but you'd be in Australia. There are several other also-rans around the world, but the lower California coast is it. I lived in the 'other' places (PA, GA, WI) before here, so I'm familiar.

Also, California is awful and everyone who arrived here after 1990 should GTFO. Don't move here, it's terrible, and terribly expensive. Tell anyone here that you know to leave. Don't move here.
