The Biden Administration sent Douglass Mackey to prison for making this exact joke. I'm dead serious when I say if Trump wins he should have Jimmy Kimmel arrested and jailed. Force these scumbags to live by their own rules.

One of two things should happen. Jimmy Kimmel should be charged and prosecuted which we know we will never happen. The other thing that should happen is the person that was convicted should reopen their case go back to the judge and say clearly this is differential prosecution and have his own case nullified and thrown out and get compensation for any time spent in prison.
