Forcing the sale of a pet that hasn't been sold yet is crazy. The police going to such extremes to track down property in a civil matter is crazy. The taxpayers having to pay 300k for a goat is nuts.

The government is fucking retarded.

That is absolute communist behavior.

Quoting RATM is normie-tier. An explicitly antifa pro-BLM and all that shite band.

This was an exercise of power plain and simple.

The resolution is simple, the goat owners simply refund any money received for the goat and keep it. There are plenty of other goats to eat

These fucks just said, we can do whatever we want and have the courts enforce it.

Fuck zogbots, not nearly enough of them die a year. If it went from 40 to 840 shot/knifed/ran down a year they might become a little more human.

Make them earn their pay.

The family sold their goat for slaughter and then changed their minds. Taxpayers had to pay them and their sand nigger lawyer off for 300,000 dollars. Who’s side do you want me to be on?

The hangman's side.

However, the family decided to enter Cedar into the Shasta District Fair's junior livestock auction on June 24, 2022 - where the animals are sold off to be used as meat.
But, long before the auction started, the family changed their minds and wanted to take Cedar off the ticket. The fair denied the request and sold it - so the mom brazenly stole the goat back before it was given to the buyer.

The question is, why did the fair deny the request, and did they have legal grounds to do so? Too many details are missing from the story to know if they should be killed and roasted on a barbecue like their victim.

Did they legally sell the goat to the fair, and therefore no longer have any rights to it?

Did the fair incur costs in captivity and marketing that couldn't be recovered from the family?

The story is slanted towards the family, but the details would matter. Plainly, the $300,000 compensation is not what you do when you're clearly in the right, and those text messages are not a good look.

Fair enough. It also has nothing to do with cops.

The Shasta County Sheriff sent deputies over 500 miles to retrieve the goat.
"Two weeks after the fair, Shasta sheriff's Detective Jeremy Ashbee sought and received a search warrant, directing two officers to drive more than 500 miles in order to seize Cedar and return him to Shasta County."
https://reason.com/2023/03/31/police-traveled-500-miles-to-seize-girls-pet-goat-for-slaughter/

They acted as judges not just deputies.

"...the officers were then "required by law to hold Cedar or deliver him to the Magistrate" so the court could determine Cedar's ownership. But instead, they "independently deemed unknown third parties…to be the owners of Cedar" and delivered him back to the fairgrounds."

$300,000

No amount of money can replace a 9yo girl's beloved pet goat.

I'll bet know one got fired or even demoted over this. If you lose 300k in one shot anywhere you're ass is getting canned.

The very same just-following-orders police officer (like literal "Karen" Karen Pryzklek), who would put down an obviously harmless pet squirrel due to an unfounded suspicion that it might, in theory, have rabies, would just as easily follow an order from her jew bosses to kill humans.

I don't think it was police that killed Peanut, but you're right about them killing a lot of pets.

Last I checked, Animal Control is a branch of the police department.

[ - ] KosherHiveKicker 2 points 6 monthsNov 4, 2024 12:15:32 ago (+2/-0)

Almost EVERY city, county, and state have their Animal Control Departments linked directly to their Police Departments. There are even specific officers linked to Sheriff Departments that are tasked with dealing with larger the animals of Ranchers, and Farmers.

His pedantics aren't even correct, which makes them fake and gay pedantics.

Pigs need to go back to killing niggers and pitbulls

THe OP is being an asshole. THe police had nothing whatsoever to do with anything. THe kid had the goat for a month and out it in the county 4H fair and changed her mind. THe fair organizers were insane power tripping nuts and refused to return the goat. THey sold it and it's assumed it was bought for meat.THey got $300,00 for looking after a goat for a month.

[ - ] Sector2 1 point 6 monthsNov 4, 2024 15:27:33 ago (+1/-0)

THe fair organizers were insane power tripping nuts and refused to return the goat.

If they fail to bring the goat back to life and return it to the girl, they should meet the same fate.
