How oil is made constantly from any carbon inside the earth and above it through thermal depolymerization. Oil is not a limited fossil fuel.

Basically if any carbon form which is just long chains of hydrogen are and carbon atoms is heated to a great degree without oxygen it does not burn it actually breaks down into its individual atoms and then that can easily be recombined with water and to making oil. The molecules along themselves in the long chains that form what we call crude oil.

This happens constantly inside the earth and it doesn't take very long and it can use any carbon form. It can be done mechanically by people and is being done by many companies now in that large steel containers in less than an hour.

It is absolutely proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that oil is not a fossil fuel and it does not have limited quantities but it's actually being made constantly all the time.

Here is an old company doing it

Been telling people this for over 20 years. "fossil fuels" was the biggest scam the oil companies ever sold people. Allowed them to create false "scarcity" and keep profits high just by controlling the faucet.

Oil has been leaking up from the bottom of the ocean for so long that there is an entire family of microorganisms that have evolved that consume it.

Question #1:
"If oil is the result of percolating dead dinosaur ass, then why do we keep finding new deposits in places where dinosaurs have never fucking existed?"

Question #2:
"If oil is such a limited resource, then how is it we've detected hydrocarbons in the atmospheres of distant planets using gas chromatography?"
(where, by the way, there have also been no dead dinosaur asses)

Saturns largest moon Titan has oceans and lakes of liquid hydrocarbons, must be space dynosaurs!

That was just a hoax that Rockefeller pulled on the U.N.as to make his oil more profitable.

ZOMG we've almost reached peak oil!!1!

I remember peak oil being taught in school in the 80s like it was a fact. This was of course in Texas so they have an interest in lying and keeping up high prices.

Similar:

I live near the gulf of Mexico. There is ALWAYS tar (heavier oil) washing up on the beach and a very small bit of lighter oil floating up onto the beach.

Every few months I hear someone complaining about oil spills from the platforms and ships in the gulf ruining the beaches and causing pollution.

Each time, I try to stop and explain: (1) There is lots of oil under the gulf. (2) The pressure of the water and the shallow nature of the oil results in oil seeping up. (3) Oil tends to float. (4) This has been going on for 1000's of years and will likely continue for 1000's of years. (5) Lots of evidence of American Indians on the gulf coast using this tar to seal canoes and such long before the white man showed-up with his evil inventions. But, by all means, please continue to clutch your pearls about this latest thing.

There are natural leaks down there but they have certainly fucked up the gulf with man made oil spills more than once.

That "corexit" stuff (pronounced "corrects it" lol) they sprayed during that huge BP spill a few years ago made all the surface oil sink to the sea floor.

Oil is a natural mineral found all over Earth. We will never run out.

We have Rockefeller to "thank" for that bullshit.

[ - ] o0shad0o 3 points 7 monthsNov 7, 2024 13:08:08 ago (+3/-0)

Nuh uh! Nuh uh! We're running out of dinosaurs!

Inconvenient truth.

[ - ] dass 2 points 7 monthsNov 7, 2024 15:04:04 ago (+2/-0)

Yep, have been aware of this for a couple of decades, same with water - the Earth produces an amount from deep inside the layers (as well as from rainfall)

LOL

[ - ] Prairie 0 points 7 monthsNov 8, 2024 00:48:35 ago (+0/-0)

Yep, so they use the environmental angle to try to limit it even if it's in infinite supply.

[ - ] x0x7 0 points 7 monthsNov 7, 2024 21:18:49 ago (+0/-0)

Here's the scary thing about it being potentially unlimited. Then climate change is actually plausible. But if it's not limitless and is a product of photosynthesis we'll never get more carbon into the atmosphere than there was at some point at one time.

We can only have one risk at a time. Either running out of oil or climate change. It can't be both. So which one bitches?

Read the discovery article right below that. It has an example of a company doing it. I think they're doing it from turkey carcasses.

It can be done mechanically by people and is being done by many companies now in that large steel containers in less than an hour.

Unclear. Please elaborate.

"where it is heated to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and pressurized to 600 pounds per square inch. In 20 minutes, the process replicates what the deep earth does to dead plants and animals over centuries, chopping long, complex molecular chains of hydrogen and carbon into short-chain molecules. Next, the pressure and temperature drop, and the soup swirls through a centrifuge that separates any remaining water from the oil. The water, which in the case of slaughterhouse waste is laden with nitrogen and amino acids, is stored to be sold as a potent liquid fertilizer (see "Garden Delights," next page). Meanwhile, the oil goes to the storage tank to await the next truck. "

We need to figure out a way to turn cats into oil. Imagine using your neighbors cat to drive to work for a week. Tell me that wouldn’t feel good

This guy must be a billionaire

The whole "oil is dead dinosaurs" myth is something designed to create the idea of involved scarcity.

There's nearly more oil than water in the ocean. But if everyone believes there's a limit to how much can be harvested, we'll obviously pay a lot more.

[ - ] allAheadFull 0 points 7 monthsNov 7, 2024 16:49:26 ago (+0/-0)

It is constantly made underground, but that doesn't mean there's an unlimited supply.

[ - ] Razzoriel -4 points 7 monthsNov 7, 2024 10:41:44 ago (+0/-4)

Oil IS a fossil fuel. But what fossils are on its composition its still a mystery. No one doubts the conditions to generate more oil as carbon "fossilizes" exist. But if you say it takes as long as "days"? Not sure. Maybe atmospheric pressure is involved too, so only after a certain amount of pressure and proximity to the Earth's core.

Abiotic oil

Yep.

[ - ] Razzoriel 0 points 7 monthsNov 7, 2024 16:13:58 ago (+0/-0)

What do you mean? "Fossil" can even be plants. They apply that label to prescribe restriction and change the commodity as a limited availability product. Niggers being niggers didnt get my comment.
