It's up to a 17-20% zone here, but very low comparatively. The lack of fat people here in California shocked me when I moved from Pennsylvania back in the ancient era. "It's like everyone is attractive and healthy!" Still have a vivid memory of an enormous heifer in purple stretch pants from 1980 PA. Whew.
You'd think the clouds of marijuana smoke would have them munching up a storm, but that's apparently offset (in this county) by the surfing and mountain biking.

I wish I could afford to live in California. I know it’s a shit show politically (where isn’t it?) but the state itself is beautiful and the weather is perfect. I’d love to surf regularly in addition to hiking. Also, the climate makes for the best food I’ve ever had. Everything is delicious.
You need to ignore the local political climate to enjoy the weather climate. Averages 46F to 76F, year around. Summer nights are mid 50s, due to being beside the 53F Pacific ocean, and that effect boosts the temps in the winter. It's also not an extremely ugly place to live.

I took my son to San Diego a couple years back and we both didn’t want to leave! San Diego doesn’t feel as irritating as San Francisco, either. I’ll be an empty nester soon enough and will have more time to find out how I want the second half of my life to look. I absolutely LOVE surfing. I learned in Costa Rica a few years back and picked it up quickly. What is most attractive about California to me is that I ski too. I could literally do everything I enjoy doing without having to go too far!

California has amazing surfer waves, but the wetsuit was invented by a local because the water is so cold. Mavericks is just up the coast if you like enormous waves. There's also hang gliding along the beach dunes just south of here. The Sierras are only a few hours east of the coast, so you could do both in the same day.
That's a map for the obese. Likely they left out the 'merely' fat, skinny fat, and anyone under 18 or over 50. They also don't count the 60-100 million shitskin invaders.
That appears to correlate with the number of niggers, spicks, and Indians on reservations.
The lack of fat people here in California
That all depends on where you go. In areas with a high Hispanic populations, you're going to see a lot of fat pieces of shit waddling around, particularly the women. I'm in Southern California, and most Hispanics are Mexican invaders, and they're almost always fat, and ugly. Particularly the women.
You can buy expensive food. I just gave up on the $15/doz duck eggs, not because they're too expensive, but because some family squabble in the farm family cut off my local supply. Meh, have gone back to the $15/5 doz chicken eggs from Costco. Whole milk is $7.50 for two gallons there too.
Since so many people in California have more money than they know what to do with, there's food that caters to their desire to spend as much as possible. Regular food isn't very expensive.
TIL you cannot escape deathfats anywhere in the continental US. Why does the scale only go down to 12%?? The best I can get is still more than 1 in 10? Fuck.

Dang Georgia! The only completely black spot, (56% or higher), in the whole country!
Also about Georgia, northern areas seem healthier than the lower parts of the state. My guess is that the northern part has more Whites while the middle to lower part of the state is full of niggers.

You could live here for an average of only $5,147 per month for a 2 bedroom. Maybe as low as $3500 for a 'lower end' place.

The wealthy areas seem healthier.
We need another map for attractiveness. There are places where everyone is just ugly.
