This is Ricky Gervais, his ridiculous "round headed" friend Kyle Pilkington, and Stephen Merchant from The Ricky Gervais show. It was usually pretty entertaining and funny when I used to watch it a decade ago- it was a "radio" type recording and then they would animate it. Kyle was on the show because his perspective was so innocent and "ignorant", but many times he gets away with saying the things others can't say, because he is "dumb".

Thank you for the context. It does sound like Gervais now that you mention it. I assumed it was part of a radio show or something. Do you know when this was?

Not sure which episode this was exactly, but it looks like the show had 3 seasons and ran 2010-2013

He's joke, deffo worth a listen to, just the way he thinks about things is funny.

Theres the xfm show that's all radio or the Ricky Gervais show that yeah animates it.

they did 'an idiot abroad' where gervaise would send pilkington somewhere stupid and they would film him complaining and making stupid comments about the place.

not a single bit of humor involved, it was utter shite.

im not really a fan of either of them. used to appreciate gervais's outspokenness but hes so fucking painfully unfunny its incredible...
