Turns out that this was an ex girlfriend and it was her knife. So this was domestic abuse victimizing a man. He was nearly nude while the female was masked up like a... home invader. And he shoots the male cuz muh male privilege. Oh, and 2 children under 16 were in the home. She was jealous because he married another woman.

Yelled at the beaurcrat at the city utility office for charging me for someone else's bullshit.
Within minutes I was surrounded by five cops.
They were like "dude, why don't you just leave?"
And I was like, "The city owes me $160, You guys make $15/per hour all I need to do is stall you guys for a couple hours and then the city gets nothing".

Then they arrested me.
Court pending.

This will only happen with greater frequency until a pivotal point is reached. That point is when citizens show these cops their day no longer ends after they sign off the radio.

I encourage everyone that reads this to review their local department and use city records to see what all their salary was, then type their names into Google and see where they live.

I bet you 100 bucks that less than 80% of all sworn officers live in the city limits which they patrol.

Cops are not forced to deal with a death on their street. I have multiple vids of cops running a stop sign where I live.

I went to his house! Told all his neighbors, showed them the local news paper articles, and the video i took when I asked to review the case and was told the files were lost, by him as he is the records keeper and evidence lockup.

Everyone has told me what I am doing is not advised, I ask them why? Are you afraid of their reprisal?

Chief of police wrote me a letter, telling me i would be charged with stalking if I persisted, and I told him that I am easy to find when he wants to come cuff me.

Sent him the call logs of an officer that has 17 call outs for domestic violence in under a year, and said i won't stop holding them accountable.

I attend city council meetings where I fuck with them like it is a job, and yeah, no one else will join with me, and that is fine.

They tell me I am doing a great job, keep it up, but no one will stand beside me other than my son and wife.

That is why this keeps happening and will keep happening.
