I am just always confused when I read facts about cities or states, in the demograpics section you often see "White 60%; whites-without-none-whit-hispanics 40%" or any variation of white/nonwhite/hispanic bullshit. I know what the words mean I just doubt the numbers as we all seen the mugshots and what is listed as white.

Nah some of them are white. It’s just that people have a natural inclination to want to fit in while also being a product of their environment. Europeans spread a lot of dna.
