That's a little outdated. Now anything that's not a signed app is malware that the computer will refuse to run unless you pay $100 per year, then it's all good.

I've used Windows 7 from its inception and ignored all of the other versions. I noticed that usage when I had to use Windows 10 and was looking for "programs" and "software". Pissed me right off when I learned that everything is now an "app".
