I can't believe you're such a knowledge idiot that you still think exercise has anything to do with weight. To lose weight you eat less. Typically you must eat less than a calories in a thousand calories a day to lose weight. For me it's best to eat less than 500 calories a day to lose weight then I don't have to stay out or restricted diet for a long time and I'll lose the weight quickly. I do it without exercise in fact I can do it sitting on the couch playing video games and have done it you know many months. It's quite simple losing weight is the easiest thing in the world. Is anyone who lives in a starvation country knows the hard thing to do is actually keep the weight on your body. Most animals are in a constant struggle to keep the weight on their body and on the verge of starvation. So the idea that you would have to work hard to lose weight in any way short form is the most ridiculous thing in the world. just don't eat a meal tomorrow don't eat any meal tomorrow and guaranteed you will lose weight no matter your body type your bone type your kidney problems your liver problems whatever other hormone problems you want to claim you have or any other complete fucking utter bullshit that people use as an excuses to why they can't lose weight while they're stuffing their face with twinkies.

That’s one way to do it. Another way is to control how much you eat to not gain weight. Then add a little bit of exercise to introduce the calorie imbalance and start losing weight.
