Being a 9 or 10 in itself is a 3 point reduction. I dont need to deal with the entitlement that comes from a lifetime of getting waited on hand over foot because of their looks. A 7 or 8 is fine.

The main thing a tattoo says to me is 'slut' or 'mental illness'

Besides the entitlement of a 9 or 10, you also have to worry about the constant male attention, especially these days with social media. It takes a rare woman to look great and also give up or ignore that constant validation.

I think a 5 itself gets a bonus +3 for that.
So a 5 with no tattoos is technically a goddess today.

Actually I think about her quite a bit because we were good friends (15years), that tattoo also destroyed a big part of her on the inside, she told me if she ever saw the two guys again she would kill them, and she was serious, fuck man I'll tell you, I know of no other woman, personally, celebrity, media etc that was this good looking and built well, fuck I'd kill those two bastards myself for ruining her...I'm not fixated on any woman but this one here, fuck, if we weren't the close friends we were I'd bite my lip if I saw her in the library all alone.
