Rebuild the top end of my Suzuki LTZ400 with a nice new wiseco piston and new valves. She's rippin' again!

Plus nice new tires...

Notice the Traeger grill in the background. Dont get a fuckin Traeger. They fuckin suck. It's just a smoky oven. And no grill should ever fuckin malfunction, but Traegers do.

No it's just OEM replacement, not high comp. But it's forged, not cast.

Fuck, I've had the carb off my XR650 and it's been sitting on my desk for a year now... My quad is sitting whole, but it needs the carburetor rebuilt as well. Fuck ethanol fuel!

Use the blue sta-bil if you cannot get ethanol free gas. Drain the tank and carbs at the end of the season and you’ll be fine.

Just a little bit lol. Just a couple heat cycles. I only replaced the piston and valves so i dont think theres too much to break in

You wanna break those new(hopefully) rings to your cylinder walls. You have an actual cylinder sleeve or is it that coated shit?

Coated but the cross hatching still looked really good. Surprising considering the shit ive put that quad through. Says a lot about the lubrication system!
