What kind of nigger soap opera is this?

Have friend, loves hus wife and kid.
wife divorces friend, takes kid, gets child support
friend owns his own business and is a financial worry wart who pays everything "ahead"
for a year he paid extra child support. $20, $50, $100 so that if there was ever a month he couldn't pay they would be covered and still get a check
ex wife calls him, she's getting evicted and has nowhere to go.
he goes goes over, pays the past due bills and drives her and his son to a new apartment.
pays the 1st & last, turns on electric, gas and cable. buys food, stocks fridge.
He's broke now but son has a place to sleep and food in fridge.
Goes to child support payment place with receipts and asks for a credit because he has no money left.
child support place says, sorry...we view that as a gift. you didn't do it through us.
He's sad but still broke and can't pay. So he asks, I've been paying extra each month how long until I owe again?
You owe now. When you pay extra we consider that a gift. He borrowed money to make that payment.

Wait! it gets better.

typical useless bitch is still having problems and he's had enough, he sues for custody and gets it. He also asks for child support, he gets $25 per month. Yep, you read that right, PER MONTH.

Wait! It gets even better. She doesn't pay it.
He doesn't need her $25 but out of principle he feels that he has to get it so he takes her to court to have her put in jail like anyone else would be.

WAIT! IT GETS BETTER.

the judge hears her sob story of why she can't afford $25 a month. absolves her of it and issues a new amount. $5 per month.

This is one of three divorce/child support disasters I know first had of. My other buddy ended up couch surfing and sleeping inn his truck for 6 months.

Another buddy got his motorcycle and a couch and ended up living in a rental unit....and it gets worse from there but I promised him I'd never talk about it again.

ffs all you need to do is provide just enough food that they can come to school (butts in seats) and use just enough water that their smell isn't noticable and for the rest you can party. Not like she would pay attention to her kids even with money.
