Cops found 3 empty cases and three unfired shells he cleared it after every shot meaning he didn't test his setup at a range nor innawoods, likely he bought the cheapest gun with a threaded barrel for a suppressor and then just by looking I can tell the can he's got is too small, cans are regulated heavily so buying one will get you caught, it's probably a 3D printed abomination or a sprayed black redbull can filled with steel wool and soldered tap to fit the threads.

Usually when a suppressed gun jams its because of the suppressor, it either jammed from fouling or the added weight and borked harmonics fucks the cycle timing.

Direct blowback is best for suppressed guns as it shouldn't have problems aside from fouling but toggle locks, rollers, gas systems all can get fucked by timing and harmonics but those are almost never on pistols, certainly what this pistol has is a tilting barrel so all the wight of the suppressor us fucking up the tilt of the barrel when it is supposed to be driving the next round into the breach, slide and barrel just out of sync enough not to seat a round properly and close the bolt all the way.

Almost all revolvers have a cylinder gap which at best make the suppressor largely worthless. Worst case scenario it can cause a critical malfunction due to the increased back pressure from using a suppressor, all of which gets centered around the only other opening in the gun, the cylinder gap. So, for an extremely minor noise reduction, your gun might explode.
