The HMO model of medical care is ruthless. When I was like 24, for about 7 months, I worked as support staff in a HIP Center in the Bronx where I would occasionally see administrators tell people that they exhausted their coverage for cancer treatments and that basically, they would have to go off in a corner somewhere like a dog and die.
The first jam surprising him and having to clear at leas three rounds manually is proof this guy was not a pro or if he was paid he is a novice. Cops found 3 empty cases and three unfired shells he cleared it after every shot meaning he didn't test his setup at a range nor innawoods, likely he bought the cheapest gun with a threaded barrel for a suppressor and then just by looking I can tell the can he's got is too small, cans are regulated heavily so buying one will get you caught, it's probably a 3D printed abomination or a sprayed black redbull can filled with steel wool and soldered tap to fit the threads.
Usually when a suppressed gun jams its because of the suppressor, it either jammed from fouling or the added weight and borked harmonics fucks the cycle timing.
Direct blowback is best for suppressed guns as it shouldn't have problems aside from fouling but toggle locks, rollers, gas systems all can get fucked by timing and harmonics but those are almost never on pistols, certainly what this pistol has is a tilting barrel so all the wight of the suppressor us fucking up the tilt of the barrel when it is supposed to be driving the next round into the breach, slide and barrel just out of sync enough not to seat a round properly and close the bolt all the way.
Noob has probably gotten away with it though, unless he left prints on the brass like a dumb cunt.
Almost all revolvers have a cylinder gap which at best make the suppressor largely worthless. Worst case scenario it can cause a critical malfunction due to the increased back pressure from using a suppressor, all of which gets centered around the only other opening in the gun, the cylinder gap. So, for an extremely minor noise reduction, your gun might explode.

There are some missing video frames between the :01 and :02 second marks, just after the first round is fired. You can see the gas discharge disappear, and the right leg of the bystander jumps to the right.
Why is there no timestamp on the video?
Why is a wealthy CEO of a huge insurance company on foot, alone, at night, in the city?
He isn't really a "name" CEO. No one would know he is and no one would really care if they just happened upon him. Maybe a nigger would turn up the heat on his panhandling "cuz he a rich Whitey," but that would be about it. In NYC, I have interacted with a bunch of famous people who just go to regular places unattended. NYC is getting more dystopian, but it isn't like The Walking Dead or anything.
Semi-Auto with subsonic munitions and a suppressor. It was under gassed so it didn't cycle. Which means the gunman wasn't aware that you can't just use subsonic munitions and have everything work fine without adjusting the gas system. This is fairly easy to do, and takes 10 minutes of googling to do effectively.
This combined with requiring multiple shots to get a reliable disablement, and firing in front of a witness (rendering the suppressor worthless) makes it abundantly clear this was not a professional hit.
Had it been a professional hitman, it wouldn't have been done in public, would have been properly setup for subsonic munitions, would have resulted in near or complete immobility of the CEO with one shot, and ended with one or multiple execution shots to the head. Preferably multiple as it looks like 9mm and people do live through being shot in the head by 9mm.
You can tell he was expecting the FTF and immediately clears the jam each time, no big deal in an ambush. It's likely a shitty black market gun+suppressor which can be ditched immediately. Very worthwhile as to not call attention from blocks around. Bystanders never intervene in US cities, watch more vids. He may not be pro but he was very smart and well prepared.
Bystanders call the police and give the location immediately. That's the problem. The time difference between a police response between not using a suppressor and having police hear it and its direction, and using a suppressor with witnesses is at most seconds or minutes due to coordination between the operator and nearby police.
You can get a shitty black market gun to reliably cycle if you work on it.
This was a rando, or the quality of assassins has gone so far down hill you may as well hire local nigger gangs or spic cartels. As no one is going to see a "mugging gone wrong" as a hired assassination, and it will actually be kept out of the news.
Yeah,I'm thinking the jews are losing control of their dogs. I mean, they threw a member of the tribe under the bus to take potshots at Trump,so goyim hitmen either refused or "can't be trusted". I'm guessing the pros are starting to wake up and realize what they're working for or the jews are too paranoid to hire them after something happened.
Good help is getting a lot harder to find. I hope it gets worse for them.
In jew yawk you are put on hold for a dispatcher for 30 minutes on a slow day. The dude probably had a change of clothes in the backpack and simply walked away.
Correct, I was being an idiot and forgot they mostly use recoil operation. Still it's largely the same issue. Pistols need their recoil spring adjusted if you're going to use subsonic munitions.
You cannot adjust the “gas system” on a blowback operated pistol, as there is none. Subsonic ammo usually works fine as long as the velocity stays above 1000fps-ish. If the gun is dirty, it will affect cycling. The remedy to poor cycling on a blowback pistol is a lighter recoil spring or more powerful ammo. .45acp is the best pistol caliber to suppress as it has a heavy bullet weight and slower velocity and is usually already a subsonic round and packs a good punch. .22 is going to be the quietest. This isnt towards you s23, as I know you know firearms. This is just to supplement what you wrote for those that dont know.
according to some forums this type of gun works like that. seems like was an old or made up model or something ( i really dont know shit about this type of stuff)
B&T VP9 AKA Veterinary Pistol for putting down animals.
I called bullshit on that from their first announcement. That was just their excuse to modernize a classic. If they really intended it to be a professional tool, it wouldn't had been an uber-limited-super-special-collector's-item run at a crazy pricepoint. It was ridiculous, even by B&T standards.
Edit: Color me surprised. They decided to keep it in active production and current prices aren't that unreasonable. Still pressing X To Doubt over veterinarians buying these things.
Three spent brass and three unfired on the ground says to me not a pro, he bought a cheap gun with threads, 3D printed or home made a shit "suppressor" and it jammed his shit gun every round, it still probably fucked shot spotter up though.

Not a pro but definitely good planning.
