Honestly it's very simple and quite logical. If you think of money or wealth is something that needs places to be stored and there are five warehouses that are nearly full to store wealth say for example stocks real estate gold commodities and something else and suddenly another Warehouse which is secure and offers the same sort of benefits and ability to store wealth appears and it's completely empty then there is going to be first a slow smattering of wealth that starts to fill it up as people test it and make sure the building is going to stand and they make sure they don't actually hold the wealth and they make sure that they'll actually be able to go into the warehouse and get the wealth back the times they need to and then as that gets tested and shown to be true then more and more people are going to go to put some of their wealth in this new Warehouse that has appeared that is mostly empty. And right now Bitcoin is I don't know rough estimate 1/4 full maybe one half full in terms of recognition of its potential to store wealth and retrieve it again safely. So it's just logical that wealth will continue to fill that warehouse until it's somewhat equalizes with the other warehouses that store well. And right now we're not even at a similar market cap of gold which would put Bitcoin over 300,000 to be at the same market cap as gold. And gold is a relatively small allocation pool of wealth compared to stocks and bonds and other things. So for Bitcoin to reach the market cap of gold is really not a huge achievement.


Anyway when you think of it that way you realize what Bitcoin really is and how much more room there is to go it's not really rocket science to realize it's got a lot of upside left.

But hey thanks for noticing. I do try to tell the friends here how to increase their independence and their wealth.


I also remind people that if you are buying Bitcoin that you really need to be able to hold it for 5 years to get through the next having cycle which happens about every 4 years because during that time it can go up and it can go down but in the past it is always gone up far more on the next having cycle than it ever went down.
