A nigger can kill a White man and be found not guilty with 2 hours of deliberation as long as you have niggers on the jury.
This nigger shot a retired fire chief 8 times while trying to carjack him in South Carolina... mag dumped on him... eyewitnesses, tons of evidence, and even a confession, but because he was a nigger like them, and White people are racists that deserve to die, they would not convict him.

You would hope, but hung juries can result in a re-trial. The judge can also interview each of the jury members, and if they are corrupt, which is likely, try to push them towards a verdict for the sake of being able to go home.

Agreed with 'not always', but many things are known about NYC and the NYC subways. If it were San Francisco, I'd say similar things about every visitor being okay with stepping in human shit or being mugged by druggies, and BART riders being okay with being delivered to nigger gangs in Oakland. People who live in the midwest or south are okay with being killed by a tornado or hurricane. Motorcycle riders are okay with dismemberment or death. Smokers are okay with dying of cancer. Gluttons are fine with disgusting obesity and heart attacks. Flyers are okay with random people touching and investigating their genitals.

It's not as simple as all that, but there are levels of risk to everything you do.
