1. White people show systemic racism towards People of Color. The great minds at Harvard and Howard continue to show this with their scholarly work. We whites just can't be helped. 2. Therefore, we should not allow white officers to police PoC. Just isn't safe for this community! 3. Therefore, the only safe option for PoC is have black police officers who understand the "struggle". 4. Therefore, for the safety and well being of all PoC, we should create policies that help PoC move into neighborhoods (or whole cities like Memphis) where they can be safely protected by black officers. 4. Of course, it's not fair that white people are taking spaces that are needed for PoC under this new "safer neighborhoods" initiative. So, white people will need incentives to move out of black communities so that we, as a just and equitable society, can maximize the benefit for all PoC.
Did I get the woke BS diversity lingo correct? I get confused ... are we supposed to say Colored People or People of Color today?
