There are some similarities between seals from pre-Christian Georgia and the Proto-Kartvelian script from the fourth millennium BCE. Furthermore, certain symbols resemble aspects of early Caucasian scripts, like the Albanian and Georgian Mrgvlovani alphabets, as well as Near Eastern systems, like the Phoenician and Proto-Sinaitic.

So a Judaeo-Georgian script, thats what that is describing.

From the actual archae mag

4th century not 4th millenia BCE, Greek Scholars noted the script as a form of Colchis, basically retared niggers that lived alongside or under jews on the east coast of the black sea.

Additionally, nowhere in the article was it claimed to be an alphabet, rather epigraphs, symbols like Abo writing. OOga booga, circle mean fire or elephant or turd, squiggle mean muh dik or watermelon.

No John Smith inhaled black tar smoke in his closet and found the answers to life in the depths of a top hat he started talking to while in there.

This tablet just documents a few numerical records of an event.
