I wanted to google some nice table setting, but can't find a "proper one". Here we put a glass on the left side, and no more than 2 plates at once - one for lunch and the soup plate on top. Some napkin goes under fork on the left. I think it would be considered rude, if someone loaded 5 plates one on top of another in front of you. Funny differences.

Yeah that's true to an extent, but it's unlikely the average peasant had bronze chopsticks used for eating for most of history. For cooking, sure, those were passed down like our ancestors did with crafted metal implements. Chopsticks for eating came during a resource crunch (and part of the same process that leads us to call them bug people today for their uniformity) so just because we keep finding them in tombs doesn't mean the average peasant used them.
