They're not really exclusively black, White people can attend nigger colleges if they want. Most sane Whites don't want to, but it can be a cheaper alternative since they have to offer space for anyone that wants to attend. My brother did that, he got his nursing degree at Bethune Cookman, a nigger university in Daytona. Crazy bastard, stupid bastard. He's not even working in the field so it was all for nothing.

Taxation isn't forced or stealing. People at the bottom choose to pay income taxes by applying to become wage slaves. Even the more competent still have to literally "send money" to the IRS to join in financing all the jew/kike evil in the world.
