Find a woman that is a little on the shy side. She will have a better personality, and you can support her to open up as you have your relationship. Also, they seem less likely to be sluttin around as they likely hate bars and social situations with chads. My wife was pretty shy when I met her but after a few kids and a solid home life, she is as vocal as you would want any women. You can find really super hot women but I'd take a shy 6 with a good personality any day.

Ironically enough, now in my old age, my rating of women is based solely on their personality. Unlike looks, personality lasts a lifetime (or until dementia sets in). So a 10/10 for me isn't someone that has big tits and works out all day and watches what she eats, high heels, etc... it's someone I enjoy being around.
