More honest answer, there are older role-playing games which let you create a total idiot by neglecting intelligence points, and it actually affects gameplay.

I think one example is Arcanum, where conversation options become derpy and you can't read newspapers and such. That depth of writing seems lost now, or even lost by the time of that post in 2019.

The writing extended to the appearance as well, with some racially-aware characters gaining open contempt towards anyone playing a half-breed. Everything was so affected by race, attributes, and simulation features such as good/bad actions and magic/tech usage that one would have expected role-playing to gain full simulated cities and economies by now, not total dogshit which could only be enjoyed by a retarded player.

There should be a game where the protag has downs and if you push a button he gets retard strong and hulk smashes everything and everybody all while saying corny sayings like Duke Nukem

We should dev this game. I had a fantasy years ago about wanting to make a open world hunting game with Ted Nugent as the protag. He has long hair like in the 70's and wearing a loincloth and he goes around talking like a mad man saying "wang dang poontang I love it I love it".

I'm thinking the main playable character should be a bounty hunter in post DOTR Chicago going around tying up loose ends, like antifa resistance groups, pockets of niggers, kikes trying to shapeshift their way in to subvert etc. You could collect ears to exchange for weapons and ammo. Nigger ears are worth 100 coin, kike ears 500.

I used to work at a group home for retards. Had this one, Patrick, little midget retard that liked to beat his meat in the common room. I thought the Dustborn trailer was a joke. It was so bad I didn't think it could possibly be a real game.
