According to other sources, she had drug problems and was in multiple treatment facilities. The last facility transferred her all the way to Minnesota. She ran away, but was tracked down by police. She assaulted an officer and was put in juvenile detention in Minnesota. She was then returned to Long Island to live with her father, in September. Apparently, she was provided with an ankle monitor, so was on house arrest. When she went out to her car to retrieve some things and jumped into another car, the ankle monitor was cut off.

Sounds to me like someone was helping her get away intentionally. Did that then go bad? Possibly. But I would suggest that it is likely she stayed hidden on purpose. When her dad said she was afraid to come home, it wasn't because of him. It was because she was afraid of the consequences of cutting off her ankle monitor and running away. You would certainly think the consequences there would be revocation of house arrest and being put back into confinement at a facility, be it rehab or juvenile hall.

Looks like a drug + fuck spree gone on too long. They're from NY and have an Italian last name, and judging by the tattoos and dysgenics, I'm not going to say they're entirely White.
