Those smokers and obese people that paid into the system(just like everyone else in the same amount), perhaps if we stopped bringing in jeets, Moslems etc that are a huge drain on resources with their 17 children.

One of my sons and daughters work for the NHS and I can tell you that it's a complete shit show, woke, diverse, everything that it shouldn't be, it was the envy of the world once, it's utter crap now!.

Here's an example, my wife recently had a lung operation, there were complications after she was home and she needed to be rushed back in as her lung collapsed, called an emergency ambulance and on their highest response call blues and two's, all of it they stated up to 7 hours to get one to her, I put her in the car and took her myself. I stayed with her until 04:30 from around 6pm(when she finally was put into an emergency room by herself instead of being with the general scum that roam a ed in the evening. She got back into the lung ward 12 hours later. Her condition was caused by smoking(when younger) but she's paid the same into the system as everyone else and stopped smoking as soon as she had a diagnosis (unlike many other people that carry on), keeps herself fit and I'm sure there are many other people in the same boat, what about the drinkers, they won't touch them even though they are just as many and as much if not more of a burden.

We really do need a revolution and to take this country back.

Without going too much into detail, my wife has a surgery not offered to many people, she had to be at a very precise point to meet the criteria for the surgery, they will only do it on the best of the best(in terms of numbers relevant to her condition) this shows them to have a good success rate and makes their numbers very good because they are so picky in choosing candidates. They really have fucked my wife up though, she has a pre op on Friday and probably next week back in for exploratory surgery from the results of a CT Dr one on Monday(which we don't know the results of yet), as am outside to this one thing I noticed is that drs don't like to tell or explain anything anymore.

Sorry to hear about your wife. I can imagine it's hard, very hard. All you can do is surround yourself with supportive people and hope.

Thank you for that Queeri, I don't surround myself with anyone though, I choose my friends wisely and so don't have many(how I like it), condition will eventually take my wife, but we all have to go sometime!.l, as long as she's happy and content whilst here that's all that matters. I can only be there for her, that may sound callous to some but it really isn't, I don't want my wife to go through what she will have to go through but it is what it is.

We are both very practical people.

I agree and disagree. Everyone who self inflicts damage should go to the back of the queue, but the queue would be shorter if we removed all the third worlders.

Junkies, alcoholics, obese, smokers etc. all to the back. Junkies furthest back. And since we're gonna be stuck with our third worlders, all non-natives at the very back and only if they pay

She already paid into the system dipshit, what did she pay in for?, to not get anything out or use the service?.

Here in the UK, we have something named "national insurance", you don't get a choice, like tax it is taken at source from your earnings, you pay into it until you retire, this is basically a huge pot that runs the NHS, the rest you should be able to work out, non whites that arrive here in droves do not pay into this system but are treated the same as everyone that does and even get the same access to operations etc.

I will agree to disagree with you, the NHS was founded on solid principles, I will grant you that what it has morphed into was predictable and historically I'm sure there are some people that benefitted financially through the whole thing.

Now it needs it's 8 heads chopping off and a new model is needed.
