Seven fires in Los Angeles county over 48 hours. 3 blazes simultaneously combined into Palisades. Then 6 followed suit. Will LAPD or FBi try to find out who did it? Or is political ramifications too damaging giving Trump admin justification to mass deport?

Today I saw a drone flyover of a city that got (what looked like) Dresden'd. Only 2 houses made it and they both had Spanish style roofs.

Seems like it was just embers catching roofs on fire.

Oh it could, but not from space.

Laser intensity falls off proportional to the square of the distance to the source if I recall.
To speak nothing of atmospheric interference.

Right now the best lasers militaries across the world have are chemlasers.

They have the capacity to lift plenty of the relevant chemicals into space for that.
The satellites would be huge and obvious though, and the lasers still wouldn't be
strong enough to light things on fire back on the surface.

What about high altitude aircraft? Say something flying at 70,000 or 80,000 feet? That's a lot lower than 'space'. I know we have a plane what can shoot down missiles with a laser. Could something flying high enough avoid detection by average people on the ground? At night I would think so.

Why the fires now then?

Usually when something bad goes down with someone, someone that has leverage with the state, and they're in the spot light, the state redirects the attention of the news apparatus, both mainstream and alternative, with a big event.

Could be to redirect from ukraine losing, could be to redirect from the DNC losing and kamala having to certify, could be that the recent winter blizzards caused a detectable uptick in public chatter indicating a predicted and/or imminent redline event pushing the public long-term away from belief in 'climate change', could be news about diddy, or any number of other things.

I'd heard both rumors and some second-hand reports that a great number of gangs had infiltrated fire departments, especially on the west coast, even more so with their use of prisoners-turned-firefighters. Good excuse to let prisoners out.

I wonder if we'll hear any news soon of a high profile prisoner dying or escaping during or immediately after these fires, or what subjects might fall off the news radar.
