In those cases it makes the genetic quality of a bloodline better because it allows recessive genes to manifest themselves as traits in the children who inherit them (as phenotypes, rather than them being carriers of the allele as genotypes), so that those offspring, along with their defective genetics, could die off and be pruned from the bloodline.

This should occur, rather than having anyone retardedly sink millions of dollars into sustaining a life that will never make up for the expense.
