Weird stomach issues get some BPC-157 and cbd oil. One will repair your stomach lining and the other will stop the inflammation.

My oldest bro just spent Christmas in the hospital with a gallstone & some weird form of IBS or whatever, apparently inflammation was through the roof. Still waiting on a socially provided specialist he's been referred to.

Digestive track in general. I'll catch shit for it but I'll hook you up with my Chinese sources. The first source I've used many times. The second source I recently bought from but haven't used their stuff yet. They are less expensive OR you could just get it from swisschems.is or whatever Hunter Williams on youtube recommends.

If you must take antibiotics because a bacterial infection has set in, take S. Boulardi two hours following the antibiotic. It will help save your gut biome.

As well, begin having a tablespoon or 2 of pro-biotic (fermented) foods with each meal.

Sauerkraut
Sour Cream
Kefir
Yogurt
Fermented Onions, Cucumbers (pickles), Carrots, Salsas, Peppers, etc.

As long as it has live cultures it will help repair your gut biome.

Keep your immune system high.

We are all critically low on sunlight. Do take vitamin D.
Immune system is triagged to the lower priority for insufficient vitd.

Fasting is when your body heals. That requires animsl fat.

Beaware of other potential nutient deficiencies msking you more suseptible to illnesses. Zinc, magnesium and even copper.

Organic fire cider is a good way to stave off infection. I almost let myself die before I cave to antibiotics. I make my own hand sanitizer with 190 proof alcohol, oils, and hydrosol for use, especially in winter. A person knows how much precaution he or she needs. Don't eat shit food.
