Yeah read directions on package as if you are a 200 lb horse (whatever your weight is in KGS). Take on day 1, 3, 7 and 30. Cons: Sperm doesn't work for a week so you probably won't get anyone pregnant for a month.

I just took it yesterday. Np. I now take it about once every two months. Literally the first year in about 6-8 that I haven’t had strep throat at all, let alone the once every two months it was before.
