We've seen the results and this isn't what happens. They end up passing endless bills for more funding, 10% of which actually goes to the schools. And they keep doing it, no matter what.

She is part of the problem there. She IS writing too many referals and that incident should have been handled differently. I get that this would be unacceptable in a white school, but if you are teaching in a black school and acting as if it is a white school YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
