Get fake bread out of your diet, make your own bread.

Get vegetable oil out of your diet, use butter, olive oil, beef suet/tallow and bacon fat.

Get high fructose corn syrup and all artificial sweeteners out of your diet, use honey, maple syrup, molasses and use real sugar sparingly.

Get fluoride out of your system, stop using fluoridated products, it's a neuro-toxin.

Supplement iodine and magnesium.

I just want more options. I like the idea of having pasteurized milk available. What if we as consumers could pick?

Oh no. Because picking one side or another will make somebody money no matter what side you pick. So which ever side buys you enough to wind deserves their reward. And that means the other option is out.

We had force segregation and then we had forced integration. We never seem to let people make their own choice for long enough to see what comes out of it.
