I occasionally take the bus when I go out knowing I'll be drinking & Uber home. I hate having to deal with people but will put up with it in order to save money on parking or not risk my car getting broken into or potentially stolen. Automobile crime is an epidemic in my area and some of these asshole thieves can take a club off a wheel or know how to work around it.
With that said, the bus system in my city sucks ass and when a bus is late, 90% of the time it's a female nog driver. It's comically uncanny.

In some situations public transit is fine. If you work a gay ass office job and just go from apartment block 12 to office block 25. And you have no family because you are a metrosexual pleb.

But I have 4 kids. I have to transport an ungodly amount of stuff to and from anything I go to. Also when I go to the store I get 100lbs of food, groceries etc. what do you want me to do, haul 100 lbs of groceries on the bus?

I think if you are an unmarried liberal you shouldn’t be allowed to own a car.

I went to pick up a car last week. Train down cost me £35 and was 6 hours. My drive up was 8.40 hours and £70 on fuel. It was mostly a straight line with zero connection. Definitely possible to make the train longer.

I don't see many niggers on trains. I do see drunk football fans, but they aren't aggressive just loud and annoying.

The problem with public transport is that it doesn't scale on demand. If today 5 people want to use your train it will drive around mostly empty. If tomorrow 40.000 people want to use your train most people won't be transported at all.

Cars scale on demand. If you don't need to go somewhere your car isn't driving around empty and if you do need to go somewhere it is there for you.


Also, good luck for 1000 people to have the exact same starting point and goal to reach.

The point of mass transit is that the city grows around it. Just as cities form around rivers because rivers facilitate trade.
