I'm adding this link to give Upgoat users a heads-up about another original VOAT off-shoot option called SearchVoat. The point is NOT to take away from Upgoat, but to give Upgoat users another place to post with like-minded people. In-turn, I will add a link there inviting their users to create accounts on this site, and cross link between x0x7's GoatMatrix and SearchVoat. Having the user base spread between the three sites, ensures longevity and stability for the future, plus, SV is a PHP based site, for those of you that are nostalgic! Bounce on over and create an account. See you there.

There was something very special about the original voat. There were some great minds there that came together like a perfect storm of truth and information. It literally changed my life. My only complaint is it's now hard to coexist with Whites who are ignorant.

Yeah, I was fairly prolific in my posting on the OG (heh). Has taken me awhile to start more regularly, but always lurked. I was grateful to all the kike info that was given to me, really opened my eyes. Not so much here, guess we all figure we know it by now.

nah we had some fun on OG voat. we managed to get a final NIGGER front page before it all shut down so that was nice.

i think we managed to get that right with about 5 minutes to go before fucktard ran off with the funds.

Haha that's great and a fitting end. I just remember old voat not having as much of the gay, down-voting brigading stuff as this place does. The only OG user I miss that I haven't seen here is MiddlePath. He was on ruqqus before that got shit-canned and I always wonder how his garden is doing. I miss the updates.

we absolutely did have constant brigading. but if you dont give a fuck about internet points then it really doesnt make a difference. the block button instantly gets rid of the spam and forum sliding.

we had 4 different subs that were entirely dedicated to shitting up /all and making sure every post was something to do with them. it was kind of amusing from time to time.

i have no idea who middlepath is. i remember HPOP tho.

I don't care about points so maybe I just never noticed it before but it's been so bad lately it's hard not to perceive. Just seems very juvenile.

Middle had the gardening sub and he was a good mod. Would post videos on youtube of his yard and progress and was good at encouraging participation.

HPOP rings a bell but I'm not really recalling but I know you've had your username for a good long time. That is really sad that there are so many examples of truck incidents.

Yep, that's the one, it's somewhat slow right now, but, as I mentioned to @system and @x0x7, I'd like to see the user base be able to float among the three sister sites that sprang out of the original VOAT. Create a login, and have it as a fallback, It's a very comfortable place... Ideally I'd like to see @SearchVoat, @System, and @x0x7 sites all thrive.

Tried logging in with existing u/n p/w, got the “too many attempts” message. Haven’t changed my original voat info, here, or searchvoat when I last went there. Also don’t have original email anymore. Why “too many attempt”?

Talked to SearchVoat, it looks like that old password is the key to keeping your user id. You can alter it slightly and start a new account... ie. recon_johnny1 or recon__johnny.

Yeah he will need the SV password he received in his OV Inbox. It looks like he's never logged in here so he probably doesn't have it. There's no way around that; it's the only proof that you're using your OV username and get the red OV flair. If he doesn't have the password he'll need to register a new account.
