I've heard of seizures mimicking strokes but not the other way around. Convulsions are not generally a symptom of CVA. I looked into this one a bit and it is Bob Rathbun, Hawk's announcer. All the reporting I found said it was due to dehydration which evidently can cause convulsions and seizures but I would think a person would have other symptoms of dehydration before it got that bad. The timing is suspect with the Vax.
