Mostly, that's because I am both literate and possess critical thinking skills. I told you that the rock is that Jesus is he Messiah, the Son of the living God. That is the rock that the Church is built on. You seem to want to deny that.

I don't take anything away from Peter, but, if the bible tells us nothing, it tells us that faith was a struggle for him, even when he was living with him. Who was Jesus talking to when he said, "Get behind me satan"?
