While I agree with ya salad is great. The fat fucks I see that go on it soak it salad dressing completely negating the positives. I lost the most weight eating eggs, steak, bacon essentially high protein low carb.

It can be but what I'm getting at is the amount of say ranch dressing they douse on it. A spinach salad with a little bit of croutons, boiled egg slices, some grilled chicken and a light amount of Italian dressing sprinkled with cheese.
