And precedent has shown that only applies to enemies in a legally declared war, which is why that festering cunt Jane Fonda couldn't be nailed to a wall for it.

But there's nothing stopping them from being charged with criminal conspiracy, obstruction of justice, or a host of national security charges. More than enough to have them put under the jail.

As to whether it actually happens, only time will tell. But I won't be holding my breath.

The treason thing would be an easy fix, however. Declare any/all illegal aliens to be enemies of the state, then anyone who helps them is guilty of treason. This won't happen for obvious (((reasons))).
