They wanted to "Look at his gun collection", Then they murdered him after breaking in:

"Bryan Malinowski, the 53-year-old executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, was killed in a shootout with federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) on March 19, 2024.
The ATF agents were serving a search warrant at Malinowski's home when he opened fire, leading to a confrontation that resulted in his death.
Malinowski had been under investigation for allegedly selling firearms without a license.
The ATF agents involved in the raid were not wearing body cameras, which has raised concerns among some officials.
A local prosecutor determined that the federal agent who fatally shot Malinowski was justified in his use of force, ruling out any charges against the agent."

It wasn't a shoot out.
They broke into his home early morning , no uniforms , no knock and announce. He fired a shot into the floor to scare them off and they shot him in the head. Conveniently none of them had body cams. They knew exactly what was going to happen.

If it's the same one - it was even more damning because his families' lawyers obtained surveillance footage of the task force all meeting at a local mall carpark in prepare ration for an early morning raid a week earlier but received intel from one of their CI's that he wasnt home (apparently on a business trip out of town) - so they all went home.

So postponed it a week until they were sure he was in the house - in bed.

No idea - apparently he was a normie making a side hussle of private firearm sales at gun shows - iirc according to the ATF this is verboten without a gun sellers permit or something for the amount of sales he was engaged in i dont recall the exact number of guns but if my memory serves it was something like 26 (separate single firearm sales) - which the ATf fuckers used as 'reasonable cause to believe he was therefore engaged as an unlicensed (commercial) seller.
