1) What does this have to do with programming?

2) The title of the article is ungrammatical. It should either have no question mark or, if it's meant to be a rhetorical question, should read "Why does superficial or sensationalist content tend to get more attention than material?".

3) The title doesn't make sense. There is no difference between "content" and "material" in the context both of these words are used in. They mean the same thing. The writer could drop the words "than material" without losing anything, and it would actually improve the title.

It's because Freud's nephew edward bernays told them to create hypnotic effect for marketing, politics and psy ops or propaganda they had to manipulate and control the population using fear, If they could put women into a constant state of fear about this and then that, they'd want to be married to the government.
