Material resources are finite. Eventually any form of society will have to go to war.
Those that are of one people can wait until there's no other choice.
Those that are of multiple will have to fight to secure what is front of them long before they need it. In their civil strife, they will weaken themselves to those societies that are in need of resources and looking for war.

Temporary form (life) can only be shaped within ongoing flow (inception towards death)...few tempt many into a finite vs infinite conflict about form, while ignoring to be formed finite within flow.

b) One needs to resist wanted temptations...few suggest temptations up front to tempt many to ignore resisting back.

c) Secure/secu/seco - "to divide" implies back (inception) and front (death) dividing into being (life). Few invert this by suggesting many security by coming together aka security in numbers, which in return keeps few secure, while many suffer each other.
