Well of course the Euros are pissed, they couldnt grab enough money yet (their own bureaucracy they created TO make money grabbing easier stands in the way) Secondary its their ego and learning that nobody really has a reason to give a fuck about a region that is going to be labeled "developing country" soon. (Germany with their "we have to set an example and flood our blackout country so others will copy us" is really really butt hurt)
