Then you have California complaining about gentrification. But really that's blaming whitey for the inflation that happens when you raise minimum wage. California cities raise minimum wage and ask "why is everything so damn expensive?" Then white people move in because they are the only ones that can perform at a level that is unaffected by the wage compression and can afford the prices. Then brown people who can't understand economics associate the white people with high prices instead of their city's min wage policy.

Of course this pre-supposes that brown people can think at all and have their own thoughts and aren't just being fed thoughts by jews. Add that nuance and you have an accurate picture of why some people have said what OP said no one has ever said. Damn white people made San Fran too expensive.
