No this ship was used to mostly smuggle soviet tech to sweden. It was likely bombed by MI6, Mossad, CIA and probably a uk submarine extracted cargo from the sunk ship. There was an MI6 agent in australia who knew something, and there were a lot of other odd things about the sinking of the ship.
